George Brazil Plumbing Service & Repair Technician

The
Plumbing Service and Repair Technician Program is a comprehensive
program designed to train the students to become a qualified technician
in plumbing service and repair and plumbing installation.
The program offers a learning environment combining many
distinct, but interconnected areas in the plumbing field including:
plumbing theory, hands-on assessments, construction trades safety,
residential water quality, green technologies, sales and marketing
strategies, professionalism, problem solving, customer service and
communication skills, and job readiness strategies.
Certifications will be offered to program graduates by
George Brazil Plumbing and the National Center for Construction
Education and Research (NCCER).
Additionally, many manufacturer specialty certifications may
be awarded. Graduates will be qualified for employment in the plumbing
field as an entry level plumbing service and repair technician or entry
level plumbing installation technician.
Length of the Program
620 clock hours (10-12 months)
